Almond savoury Muffins

At last I got the recipe from Net and done few changes..

I took

11/2 cup all purpose flour,
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup full fat cream
chopped almonds
baking soda - 1 tsp
baking powder- 11/2 tsp
salt-to taste
oil- 2 tsp
oregano powder- 1 tsp
red chiili flakes- 1 tsp

Just mixed the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separate except oregano

Then mixed wet and dry mixture and made a crumbly mixture. Pour over small greased tin . Sprinkled oregano over the mixture in the tin Preheated oven at 160 deg and baked for 60 mins...

Gnocchi with Butter and tomato and mint sauce

I tried this recipe as this was posted to me by my Italian friend and this turned out very good. All liked it very much. I am a big fan of Italian cuisines and try my hand on Italian recipes. I love pastas, salads,pickels and Italian cheeses. I love to drizzle parmesan on every recipe I make. I have read a lot about Gnocchi earlier. Bur I wanted to try the classic version first. I had a friend's recipe But I was looking for a a nice sauce.
One day I was logged on to My favourite site Nigella.com. I put the thread on the forum regarding Gnocchi. ya I got so many ideas and recipes. I know the basic Ingredients but When I was given the Butter and sage Idea, I almost tempted to try this.
I immediately went to the kitchen and first kneaded the dough with the plain flour and baked potatoes. Then I made my Gnocchi. After that a beautiful sauce with Butter, fresh mint leaves( as Sage was not available) and cherry tomatoes puree.
It turned out a real treat. Here is the result.
Now I am confident about home made pastas and Will try more by adding spinach or any other grain to this recipe.

Cinderella

I am Cinderella a lonely Gal,
Living in a castle in misery,

Wishes

Wishes..




There was a girl living in a remote village. She was very beautiful. One day a man came to her village and saw her. He fell in love with the girl and asked her to marry him. She accepted and they got married. They both went to another village and started living happily. Two years passed .
One day a big storm came into the village and all the fields full of crops got damaged in the heavy rains. There were nothing left in a village to eat.
When the storm stopped, The man decided to go out in search of food. He found nothing and returned home empty handed. His wife asked him to pray before God . He replied "We both pray and see whose pray will be accepted". Both prayed together. The man wished for a basket of fruits. Next moment he saw a basket floating in the river behind his house. He felt overjoyed. He again wished for a good dress. The magic happened . He was wearing a new dress just in few minutes. He then wished for a horse. He got the white horse. He then wished for a palace. There he recieved a magic call from God. God said " Go to your palace in the far east town of Etiole. He was overjoyed and immediately jumped onto the horse just leaving behind his sweet wife. God again said " You are forgetting your wife. Why you are not taking her with you to the palace". He said " You blessed me with the wishes. She has not got any of her wish true". The god replied" My dear son , All your wishes got fulfilled just because she had her wish in it". He said " How come God? I did not understand ". God replied" She prayed to fulfill all wishes of her husband. I fulfilled her one wish and fulfilled your all wishes."
